Well, well, it seems the Build 10166 will be soon available for Windows Insiders in Fast Ring. Gabe Aul’s deleted tweet (that seems fired at wrong time) revealed this. While we couldn’t capture the screenshot of the tweet, we got the link and more details about this build will be available on this link.
