Threshold 2, the rumored upcoming update for Windows 10 may arrive in early November according to a new Report by WinBeta. This build was earlier rumored as coming in October but seem Microsoft is still working on finalizing the release.

While no details have been revealed about what this update may bring with itself but we can at least expect the changes and new features that we have seen in the latest Windows 10 Preview builds Build 10525 and Build 10532. Read what Build 10532 brings officially and unofficially by clicking on the links. The latest Windows 10 Insider builds have all arrived from TH2 branch, so the Threshold 2 codename for the upcoming Windows 10 update is quite an easy guess. The report however mentions Edge extensions, performance enhancements, a new universal Messaging app for the desktop and more under-the-hood improvements benefiting Universal Apps in pipeline.

The build may be called “Windows 10 Update for November” or “Windows 10 November Update” or nothing at all and may be pushed as a Windows patch update (WU).
