While we shared minimum Hardware requirement changes with Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary update earlier, even Windows 10 Anniversary update has brought some changes in hardware requirements. Good news is that even 7-inch display size Laptops / Tablets will be possible, while earlier it was limited to 8-inch.
But then Microsoft has made the minimum RAM requirement 2 GB for running the Anniversary update aka Windows 10 versions 1607, from 1 GB earlier. Also the minimum internal storage has been set at,
- 16 GB for 32-bit OS
- 20 GB for 64-bit OS
